Two addresses to choose from

  • Aigaleo: Sofroniskou 24, 123 41, our offices. A registered address with mail services: we scan your mail and send it to you, accept registered letters and courier parcels for your business, and you can collect the originals from our office, Monday to Friday 09:00–15:00.
  • Acharnes: Apsithias 3, 136 77 (Olympic Village). A registered address only, without mail services.

If you expect official letters, and most businesses do, choose Aigaleo.

Who it is for

  • Foreign founders of a Greek company. You are setting up an IKE (private company) and need a Greek business address for registration, but you work remotely or have not yet moved.
  • Foreign companies opening a branch in Greece. A Greek branch needs a Greek address; if the branch's work doesn't need physical premises, a rented registered address is enough to get the registration moving.
  • Companies still being formed, which need the address from day one for the articles of association and GEMI.
  • Sole traders and freelancers who work from home and would rather not register their home address as the business seat.
  • E-shops that need an official address for the tax office, and often somewhere to keep their stock as well.
  • Startups that want a fixed, official address in Athens from day one, without the cost of a physical office. The 12-month package is the cheapest way to do it.

What you get

  • An official address for your business seat, for the tax office (ΔΟΥ) and GEMI.
  • A private agreement and the AADE filing. We declare the premises as your office with the Greek tax authority (AADE) and send you the agreement with the AADE printout, ready for your accountant.
  • Mail scanning, registered letters and courier parcels (Aigaleo address only).

Setting up a Greek business from abroad

Many founders register a Greek company before they move, or run it from another country entirely. The registered address is one of the first things the paperwork asks for, and without one the process stalls. A rented registered office solves that: your company gets a Greek address for its articles, its tax registration and its invoices, and with the Aigaleo address you receive your mail as scans wherever you are. When you later move to Athens or open premises of your own, give us a month's notice and transfer the seat to your new address.

Because the agreement is declared to the Greek tax authority, check with your accountant early whether you need a Greek tax number (AFM) before signing.

Registered address, virtual office or a real office?

A virtual office usually bundles a business address with extras: a phone answering service, meeting-room hours, sometimes a desk. A registered office address is the core of it: the official address on your tax and registry records, plus someone to receive your mail. For most small companies, sole traders and e-shops, that core is what the paperwork actually requires, and it costs far less than a serviced office.

If you need a desk or meeting rooms in central Athens, a serviced office provider is the right choice. If you need a dependable registered address, mail scanned by a local team, and possibly somewhere to keep stock, we are a good fit.

Why a local storage company?

  • A local team with its own premises. We are an Athens business, not a call centre. Your mail arrives at our Aigaleo office and is scanned there.
  • Address and stock with one provider. E-shops can rent the registered address and, separately, store their stock or equipment with us: loose, boxed or on pallets (we can palletise for an extra charge). Storage is charged by actual volume, from €5.00 per m³ per month, in warehouses guarded 24/7 by G4S, with an itemised inventory. The two services have separate contracts and charges.
  • English-speaking staff, so arranging and running the service is straightforward even if you don't speak Greek.

How it works

  1. Get in touch. Tell us about your business, whether you are registering a new company or moving an existing seat, and which address suits you.
  2. Choose a package: monthly with no fixed term, or 3, 6 or 12 months paid in advance.
  3. Sign the private agreement. An English version is available; ask for it when you sign.
  4. We file with AADE and send you the agreement and the AADE printout.
  5. Your accountant registers the address with the tax office and, for companies, GEMI.
  6. With an Aigaleo address, we scan your mail and send it to you for as long as the package runs.

Good to know

  • We do not give tax or legal advice. Your accountant (λογιστής) handles the registration; we provide the address, the agreement and the AADE filing.
  • We scan and send your mail; we don't interpret or act on the documents for you.
  • Official notices are only useful if someone reads them in time, so keep your contact details up to date with us.

Frequently asked questions

What is a registered office address in Greece?

It is the official address (έδρα) your business declares to the Greek tax office (ΔΟΥ) and, for companies, to the General Commercial Registry (ΓΕΜΗ). Official letters and notices are sent there. Renting one gives you a valid Greek business address without leasing an office, which suits founders who work remotely, from home or from abroad.

How much does a registered office address cost?

There are four packages: monthly at €49 a month with no fixed term, and 3 months at €45, 6 months at €39 or 12 months at €29 a month, paid in advance for the period. All prices are plus VAT. To end the service, give one month's notice. You can pay by IRIS, bank transfer or card, in person or online. Card payments online work from abroad too.

Which address would my business use?

You can choose Aigaleo (Sofroniskou 24, 123 41, our offices) or Acharnes (Apsithias 3), both in Athens, Greece. Mail services (scanning, receiving registered letters and courier parcels, and collecting your originals at our office) are available only with the Aigaleo address.

What happens to my mail?

With an Aigaleo address, we scan the mail that arrives for your business and send it to you, and we accept registered letters and courier parcels on your behalf. You can collect the originals from our Aigaleo office, Monday to Friday 09:00–15:00. The Acharnes address is a registered address only, without mail services.

What paperwork do I get?

We sign a private agreement with you, declare the premises as your office with the Greek tax authority (AADE), and send you the agreement together with the AADE printout. Your accountant uses these to register the address with the tax office and, for companies, GEMI.

Is this the same as a virtual office?

It covers the part of a virtual office most small businesses actually need: an official business address in Athens, Greece and, in Aigaleo, someone to receive and scan your mail. It does not include desks, meeting rooms or a receptionist answering calls.

Can my e-shop also store its stock with you?

Yes, as a separate service with its own contract and charge. We store goods, pallets and business stock in guarded warehouses in Athens, charged by the actual volume they take up, from €5.00 per m³ per month, with an itemised inventory.
